Here's what we do

We are the intelligent influence agency that's part of Creston plc. We help clients navigate the almost infinite influences on behaviour to strategically develop, create and implement marketing communications from end to end. Our focus is digitally led relationship marketing, but to be clear, we work across all channels capable of actively influencing behaviour and here are the areas we can help you with.

In digital, we utilise everything from email and broader eCRM through to mobile, social media, influencer outreach, community management, websites (design, UX and build) and of course, search. In print, well targeted direct mail and customer magazines are still an intelligent part of our armoury. We've also got brand response experience in ATL channels including TV, press, outdoor and radio.

Other areas of expertise include shopper marketing and data consultancy.

What's our point of view?

The world of marketing has changed beyond recognition over recent years and it can sometimes feel like chaos out there. From grappling with so called ‘Big Data’, to integrating multiple touch points and understanding the inherent unpredictability of people, we help our client’s impose some order on this chaos with our Intelligent Influence approach.

Not only do we ensure that brands’ websites and communications can be accessed on multiple screens, we also create properties such as native apps to pro-actively take advantage of the diverse functionality of these devices.

    In addition, we offer data planning - managing the process of acquiring the best data and using this to drive more insightful targeting. To quantify the marketing effectiveness, our analytics team also offers a full range of web analytics and data analysis services.

    It's increasingly important for brands to influence consumer purchasing behaviour right through to point of sale. Which is where shopper marketing comes in.

    Our specific expertise in this field can help create the right environment for a more joined up customer journey and greater sales opportunities at point of purchase. This includes everything from use of exciting experiential techniques to compelling creative that amplifies the brand promise in store.
